How our catering works
1. CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF SERVICE

PICK UP
Call in your order to the nearest Local Smoke BBQ and we will schedule your pick up. We can either provide it at serving temperature or cold with re-heating instructions. Our friendly staff will help load it into your car.

DROP-OFF AND SET-UP CATERING
Place your order and we will arrive about 30 minutes prior to eating to set-up the buffet. We provide everything for the buffet and it is all disposable. All you need is the table! Drop-off fees are based on location.

FULL SERVICE CATERING
For parties over 100 guests, we offer a friendly staff to set-up, pass appetizers, service and clean up the buffet line. We also offer our on-site smoker option. Our pitmaster will cook on premise with a commercial offset smoker.


2. CHOOSE THE BEST WAY TO FEED YOUR CROWD

UP TO 15 GUESTS

Order from the “Local Smoke To Go” or “Family To Go” sections of our restaurant menu. We do not need advance notice for these orders; just call the Local Smoke BBQ location nearest you to place the order.

Order from our “BBQ by the Tray” or “Party Pack” Menus. Your selections can be prepared at serving temperature or cold with re-heating instructions. The pricing shown is for pick up; additional costs are associated with drop-off.

40+ GUESTS
Select from any of our menus for pick up or drop-off. The pricing shown is for pick up; additional costs are associated with drop-off. Chafing dishes are available for $8/set.
